ACP Members roundtable with Mr. Thomas R. Hardy, Director (Acting), USTDA & Mr. Pradeep Singh Kharola, Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation on Monday, August 19, 2019 at New Delhi

Aviation community comprises many different stakeholders and their “systems” that frequently interact with each other. The opportunities for the Indian aviation ecosystem to thrive are abundant due to increase in demand for air-travel, growth targets by government, massive multi B $ budget for infra development and aircraft fleet orders.
The benefits of integrated industry & regulator/gov. led cooperative ecosystem will allow stakeholders to remain resilient moving into the next century. Understandably there are many barriers to a fully integrative collaboration & hence presents an opportunity for disruptive transformation. Recent ACP Roundtable discussion with MoCA’s Sec. Mr. Kharola, USTDA’s Dir. Mr. Hardy with several US & Indian civil aviation’s stalwarts identified the need for a transformative aviation industry. Attendees identified several areas of “Needs” & collaboration opportunities. ACP members will assess and provide solutions for transformative approach that will result in enhanced efficiencies, improved communications, cost-savings, better use of resources & an engaged multi-skilled workforce for
Civil Aviation.
